Vintage : At the time of grapes physiological ripeness, selective picking by hands (only the healthy bunches) takes place in October.

Harvest : 8 ton on hectare

Technology : The grapes squeezed in earthenware vessel in Qvevri where wine is fermented and left on the  Chacha until the first heat of spring, until March of following year. Afterwards wine aged in oak barrels.

Characterization : The wine is golden colored, well-developed aroma of pear and dried fruit, which is characteristic for Kakhetian type of wine and which is nicely combined with tones of vanilla and oak. The taste of the wine full body and harmonious, the high content of ripe phenols indicates the longevity and complexity of the wine. Wine is rich in antioxidants and regular intake of a certain amount slows down the aging process and is a good prevention against cardiovascular disease.

Recommendation : An optimal temperature for drinking 16-18° C.

Like of other wines which is rich in phenols, Kakhetian wine is best suited for Georgian dishes, especially meat dishes. For example: fried poultry and grilled barbecue.

Vine age : 18 years

Vineyard : Kisi  is located in the specific zones  of Kindzmarauli  in Kakheti region and where there are traditionally produced the wines with the high quality by the positive effect of Caucasus range.

Vintage : At the time of grapes physiological ripeness, selective picking by hands (only the healthy bunches) takes place at the last of October.

Harvest : 7 ton on hectare

Technology : The grapes squeezed in vessel in a large 2-2,5 ton in Qvevri, where wine is fermented and left on the Chacha during 6-7 month, after that wine aged in oak barrels 9-12 month.

Characterization : The wine is dark straw-colored, with well-expressed  breaded aroma, in which dominate the tones of ripe and dried yellow fruits . The wine is full body and harmonious on taste.

Recommendation  : An optimal temperature for drinking 14-16° C.

The wine is optimal to drink with the dishes of chicken, meat, roast, which shows the best qualities of the dishes well.
